About us
Our little gem near Merano was completely redesigned in 2020 and now boasts 32 rooms and suites, a luxury spa area, a creative restaurant and a lovely garden. It is an idyllic spot for employees and guests alike, set amidst vineyards, chestnut groves, apple orchards, mountains and palm trees.
Our doors are open as of March 2024. As long-standing employees of hotels and restaurants all over the world, we know exactly what our team is capable of, and we really appreciate hard work and reliability. We want to give our guests a bit of that unforgettable South Tyrol feeling in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. We are also firmly of the belief that the satisfaction of our team is a key factor in achieving our objective.

The new management team for 2024
CARMEN DEJORI
I was born in South Tyrol and soon developed a passion for the hospitality industry. Since starting my career, I have worked in a range of positions in luxury hotels and restaurants. Whether in reception or service management, I love to see a smile on my guests’ faces and have been lucky to be able to combine my job with my passion for travel. Not only have I been able to stay all over the world, I have also received professional yoga training.
ANDREAS LINDNER
I am South Tyrolean to my very core. In 2009, I was named the best young chef in this area and then I headed off on a journey of discovery at some of the most exciting restaurants in Europe. I spent time at the Schwarzwaldstube with Harald Wohlfahrt and Torsten Michel (3 Michelin stars) and was the head chef at a luxury boutique hotel and a private chef on the Côte d’Azur. Each of these places has left its mark on my Alpine-Mediterranean style of cooking and on my management style.
As of 2024, we are now managing the MONDI Hotel Tscherms and the Restaurant TERZ. Our job is a real calling, which is something that excites and motivates us. It is varied and made up of aspects of hotel management, chefing and restaurant management. We love to spend our free time in the unique South Tyrol mountains, practising yoga or travelling so we can soak up further inspiration and motivation.
